The CRTC has received a joint application from the Foundation Assisting Canadian Talent on Recordings (FACTOR) and the Community Radio Fund of Canada (CRFC) warning about confidentiality provisions in determining fiscal contributions, saying online entities are trying to keep too much secret. The commission will consider the matter as part of its Path Forward proceeding looking at Canadian and Indigenous audio content.
