Music Canada looks to intervene in appeal against CRTC streaming service levy

Music Canada has applied to the Federal Court of Appeal for leave to intervene in the ongoing argument against the CRTC’s decision requiring online streaming services to make financial contributions to support the Canadian broadcasting sector.
